衞生：房間整潔乾淨，廁所沒有異味。
環境：正趕上樓內裝修，午休基本不用考慮了，走廊工人施工，電鑽聲搬運聲…隔音也一般。
服務：服務一百分，前台態度很好，微笑服務，有耐心且細心。
設施：酒店外觀好看，房間設施齊全，有一些老舊枱燈用不了。光線一般。

店家很熱情，房間乾淨整潔。趕車去趵突泉或者大明湖都很方便，走不多遠就是公交站。附近老屯村站的吃食也很多，還是物美價廉的那種。

床單 被罩 枕套 沒一個乾淨的 都發黃 還有味道 明顯的沒換 夠臟的 整宿都沒敢脱衣服睡 墊着自己衣服湊合睡得一宿 頭一次住這麼臟的快捷酒店

噪音非常大，一直嗡嗡嗡的，打電話給前台説是空調外機的聲音，不能避免，睡眠淺的千萬別是別定，肯定睡不着覺，全天噪音就沒有停過一秒
晚上10點之後洗澡基本上水不熱。
