五一去方特看好評才選的這家，但沒想到體驗感極差。先説設施:門反鎖是需要用很大力氣來擰才能鎖上。衞生間門很軸，感覺有點變形，開關的時候會跟地面有摩擦，很大聲音。我們住的頂樓，結果樓頂有個燒熱水的機器，就跟手機震動的頻率一樣，隔幾秒就會有響聲，很大聲，本來從北京過來開一路車就很累了，想早點休息，大半夜12點多了，真的無法入睡。打電話給前台，説換房間，可是孩子都睡著了我怎麼換。讓我抱着換，我的孩子100斤，我根本沒法抱。所以問題沒有解決。入住時候前台也沒有提及這點。
再説環境:酒店旁邊有個ktv，超級不隔音，夜裡12點唱歌清清楚楚的傳到房間內，無奈之下打了前台電話，説去協調，但是沒感覺有什麼變化。噪音很大。
優點:早點不錯，種類豐富，不限量，可以帶走一些。礦泉水也不限量，走時候要幾瓶路上喝

房間寬敞舒適，辦理入住很快，非常便捷，服務態度好，兩部電梯上下很方便，早餐豐富，可以到十點，酒店門前和後邊的一個院子都能停車，很方便，周邊也有吃飯的地方
