Hotel is located close to seaport and it’s opposite to cars bonded zone. Very comfortable for car buyers. Evening it was starting to smell cigarettes, rest is ok. Clean and good 4* hotel.

酒店非常好找下了高速拐彎就到，和北海銀灘是一家公司旗下的酒店，所以品質沒問題，馬路對面有街邊公園，也有幾家飯館，便利店咖啡館，每天送水果盤點心，送夜宵，早餐豐富，還有印度大廚攤煎餅，酒店熱水是温泉水，洗完滑嫩嫩的，特別感謝段艷，劉清霞和夏俊紅，對寶寶長者非常友好，送小玩具，忙前忙後，下次再來

去看音樂節的在附近訂一個，想着濱海不在市中心，酒店應該比較好，但是這個五星級實在不敢恭維，衞生和環境都比較差勁，入住水龍頭都是水垢，房間燈光非常暗，更搞笑的是次日還強制節電麼？天亮了後燈都打不開了，衞生間衹能靠着兩個壁燈來照明。服務也很差勁，晚上我打電話給前台要兩雙塑料拖鞋，過了將近10分鐘沒送上來，我又打電話詢問，前台態度不友好，不耐煩地跟我説晚上衹有一個人配送讓我等一下，我打電話過去時又沒有指責你們，衹是問一下為什麼還沒送到，好好解釋一下不行？你比我先有脾氣？總之不會再住這家了

非常好的一次出新體驗～下班臨時決定出發旅行，帶寶寶去極地海洋館的，選了這家酒店，到的時候已稍晚了，酒店免費升級了親子房，還送了歡迎水果！很棒～還問寶寶喝不喝粥品！服務很好！第二天玩兒回來，寶寶需要午睡，還給我們免費延遲退房，下次來還住！體驗感很好！
