Everything was good except the air conditioning system.
I recommend this hotel for business travellers and smokers!

It is good hotel to stay as it is in the centre of the town.
Staff is good also they have breakfast in the morning.

房間面積比較寬敞，安靜房間不臨街，環境、服務都還可以，設施配置還是差點水準，老友誼原是涉外賓館，承載了一個時代的輝煌記憶，現有些落伍了，令人唏噓！

賓館地理位置得天獨厚，南京路上中心地段。坐地鐵、公交、打車都很方便。9樓的早餐廳裏可以近距離俯瞰五大道景區，很贊！早餐性價比高，服務員很勤快。每次來天津都選友誼賓館。非常推薦！

比較了好幾個酒店，最後還是選了位置方便的友誼賓館。酒店離地鐵營口道步行7-8分鐘、離五大道，濱江道步行街15分鐘左右都能到，安排房間很安靜，面積比較大，兩張1.35米床很適合帶娃住。沒要早餐、酒店周圍小區早點就不錯。酒店旁邊還有麥當勞。

環境：離景區和商圈很近，位置好評，附近景色也很好看。
設施：打了電話問空調冷暖是否正常，回答説已經修好了，結果去到入住，發現空調和前面那些評論説的一樣，還是壞的，感覺受到了欺騙。
