Green Park Hotel

I booked a room for New Year's Eve with friends. The front desk was very nice and took registration very seriously. There was a parking space and the room was large. The three children had a great time.

The room is very clean and has a children's play area. Children like the swing very much, but the slide is not smooth. The executive suite is a small building with nearly four floors. The protruding part of the escalator in the corridor touched the child, which was very painful. If you have children, I recommend going to the first floor. I gave souvenirs and headdresses for the children. I met a wedding by chance and the courtyard was beautiful. The scenery is more interesting at night.

Regarding the environment, Green Mansion is a villa for sale, equipped with a renovated hotel, and the environment is more suitable for accommodation. Noise, the renovated hotel has poor soundproofing facilities. The water splashing in the shower upstairs was very loud, lasting for more than ten minutes, and could be heard in the middle of the night. You can hear people walking and talking in the corridor across the room, and the TV is quite noisy, so it is not suitable for customers who are light sleepers. The service is extremely poor and very unpleasant. The hotel service is the kind that is not professional in hotel service. You know, it is just a formality and many things are not considered thoroughly. For example, the check-in process is not considerate enough, the service staff teamwork is poor, the customer's impatience with long waiting times cannot be detected in time, and early detection and early processing cannot be achieved. The worst thing is that there is breakfast on the cooperation page with Ctrip, and you are given a dining card when you check in. You are not reminded that there is no breakfast during the whole process. The breakfast and meals are already on the table. It tells you that there is no meal, which delays the meal arrangement too much, even if you are in the middle. Just a reminder, you can also arrange time and so on. It's very unpleasant, but Ctrip deserves praise for providing processing subsidies in a timely manner to calm the mood.

Great location and easy parking. Not far from the Maritime Museum, Aircraft Carrier Park, etc. The swimming pool and gym are also open during holidays. Housing prices did not change much during the National Day period, and the price/performance ratio was excellent.

I booked a 1.5-meter large bed room, which is enough to sleep with a 3-year-old baby. The hotel is in a community, and babies can play on slides, swings and other recreational facilities. The setting of the Mid-Autumn Festival is also very beautiful. There are many rabbit lanterns, which the baby especially likes. There are places to eat nearby 2-300 meters away, which is very convenient.

Very satisfied with the hotel. Quiet in the bustle, the suite has a large space, simple and reasonable design, and perfect community facilities. The service staff are friendly and generous. Will definitely come again!
