The location was quite nice and overall facilities were satisfactory. However, room cleanliness needs to improve and my door bell kept ringing whenever i open and closed the doors.

Amazing hot springs- which might cost you extra - depending on the room rate you booked. These were the reason why I picked the hotel and made the stay worthwhile.
Breakfast ok. Coffee has some room for improvement. Rooms are a little oldfashioned, but clean and very spacious. Parking can be a challenge if you go on a busy weekend. Not too many restaurants in the close proximity of the hotel. Hotel restaurant- I only tried the Chinese one - overpriced for the quality of the food. Unfortunately the noodle bar was closed. Staff was friendly but no English was spoken.

設施比較老舊，衞生也不太好，房頂牆角還有蜘蛛網，掛的畫都發黴了。親子房800多一晚，提供的還是冰露礦泉水，蓋子都擰不動

作為天津薊州最好的五星酒店，名不副實。一進房間，居然在洗手池裡看見一個充滿水漬的玻璃杯……洗澡衹能用花灑，頂淋浴切換已經被水漬漬死了……房間的一個枱燈還沒有燈泡……酒店還多處漏雨了……給總機打電話，居然打兩邊才有人接……泳池裡很多孩子在池子裏吃肯德基，旁邊的工作人員也不提醒……也有優點:作為親子酒店1.4米以下孩子自助早晚餐免費，自助晚餐也相對很便宜！周邊環境也很好！

好的方面：作為親子酒店，可玩項目不少，親子房配備的東西也齊全，硬件設施還是夠用的！早餐也還説的過去！需要改進方面：服務員整體沒有服務意識，進房間就電話諮詢是否有冷氣，回答肯定，客房温度從進房間就設定冷氣16度，三小時後27.5，跟前台反應後提出工程給查看，結果我們出門回來22點多了，還是27度，晚上給孩子熱的直翻騰，我一看29度！這一晚睡完，起來四口人都得洗澡，全身汗！酒店餐廳用餐，17.30開餐，我們第一桌到的，結果足足等了四十分鐘才上，服務員居然説要先做包房的，這是什麼邏輯，沒有先來後到唄！大廳一共四桌，都是吃完一個菜看着空盤等下一個！就想知道節假日你們怎麼應對！實在是有點失望！

第二次入住聖光，脱離萬豪以後，品質沒有降低，前台小鄭耐心給予解答，參加了篝火活動，孩子玩的很開心，晚餐早餐都可以
