多次入住了，以前全部都是五星好評，這次真的讓人生氣。
房間電視機反應超級慢，而且播放一陣後會黑屏。
隔壁房間四五個人喝着酒大聲吵鬧也沒人管，太吵睡不着給前台打電話想讓她處理一下，結果一直沒人接電話，打了三遍，都是空響。
一直吵到凌晨快3點了，吵的我忍不住拿手砸牆，可是對面安靜一會兒又開始吵，對睡眠輕的人。這樣真的會瘋。

前台服務態度差到極致，我經常出差，住過的賓館很多，服務這麼差的前台可以排第一了。看了評論知道原來熱水器熱水少的問題很多，前台在入住的時候沒有一點提示。如果提醒了我覺得至少我沒有那麼生氣。洗澡洗了不到10分鐘沒熱水了，一身的泡泡讓我不知道該怎麼辦。給前台打電話大言不慚的説熱水一般都夠一個人洗澡的。我訂的是標間，如果滿足不了兩個人洗澡是不是提前要説一下的。10分鐘不到告訴我夠洗澡的？你來洗一下，站着説話不腰疼，説沒辦法，衹能等着水再次燒熱。當天在軟件上吐槽了這個問題。當時是8點多。結果快9點半的時候就有個男的，自稱是保安的人説要查房，我説換個女生過來。我一個女生住宿不能開門。誰知道這保安根本不理會，一直按門鈴。最後僵持了將近10分鐘他才離開。怎麼，看到差評進行報復嗎？你們有什麼權利查房？要是公安查房我絕對配合，如果我的房間有沒有登記的住客責任我也承擔，但是你們這種報復的行為真噁心！

應該是一棟新蓋的大廈，入住的人不多，服務與房間衞生情況還有很大的提升的空間！周邊非常方便，走一百多米就是火車站，步行街，附近有去麥積山和伏羲廟的公交，既便宜又有座位！
