We stayed here the night before our cruise left Port Canaveral. Easy check in. Room was ready and very clean. The TV worked the first time. The best things were the comfortable mattress and the hot water in the shower the next morning. It was probably the best shower I have had in years. Can’t speak for other travelers but for the price, the room exceeded my expectations.

It's a good place to stay. WiFi wasn't working, told it was being upgraded, PITA when work depends on uploading pictures from the day.
Beds were horrible in both rooms we had.
Shower was good.

When we first checked in, they put us in a room that smelled heavily of smoke. I had to go back to the front desk and they put us in a newer room that smells better.

When we arrived they put us into a room that we weren't sure if it was cleaned or not and the opened the refrigerator and there was still food in there Went to the desk and asked to be moved and she wasn't very friendly but did move us to a room with 2 queen beds This room was a little better but the sheets were rough we almost asked for a refund and went to a different hotel but we stayed. The breakfast wasn't worth staying for

The rooms are in different buildings than the check-in and breakfast. It is like a 2 level motel with outside doors. There is no elevator. It was raining all day and we got wet going to breakfast and loading our luggage because there is no canopy by the rooms. Pros include parkquet floors instead of carpeting. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast included.

The room service was scant and incomplete. There was no change of sheets. There was only one day of room service and that only made one bed and left the other. The toilet never flushed correctly and had to be flushed multiple times. We reported it the first day we were there. We had to request new towels. There was never a replenishment of drinking glasses or soap for the shower.

I really missed having an in room coffee maker, but the coffee at the checkout area made up for that.

The mattress was sagging and had a dip. The toilet had no pressure you needed to flush several times for it to flush all the way flushing no 2 was a nightmare. The shower divider didn’t work so most of the water was in the spout and the shower head was a drizzle. There was hair on the floor.

Check-in was good. First behind the counter did a great job place looked really nice. They cleaned it up a lot since the last time we were there would recommend.
