Unbelievable experience staying at Mackenzie Beach Resort!!! The staff were phenomenal, the beach was absolutely stunning and our cabin was so nice and cozy. Our cabin had a cedar hot tub and was a short 30 second walk to the Pacific Ocean- what more could one want?? People tend to get wrapped up in their sad lives and take it out on the hotels and their staff which is incredibly unfortunate because this place and its staff are total gems. Customer service these days is a tough go, props to the beauties at Mackenzie Beach Resort because they are killing it! The facilities have gone through renovations and continues to surprise me every time I come back!! The general store is AMAZING, the lobby is super cool, the staff are very friendly and helpful, and the overall vibe of the resort is down right cool. Do not hesitate to stay here- I cannot recommend it enough. Incredibly affordable and absolutely stunning. 10/10 experience.

Amazing resort right on MacKenzie Beach! Super clean cabins, comfy beds and the hot tub was so great to enjoy after a cold dip! Amenities like E-Bikes to rent, beautiful suana on the beach and hot coffee in the morning were easy to access and the staff were so helpful! We also had a lovely fire right on the beach. Cody is amazing and we will be back! Don't forget to try Ronnie's BBQ too!

Stayed 3 nights in one of the airstreams! Unreal experience. Went with friends for a surf trip. Great location in tofino. Lil Ronnie’s BBQ was a great perk as well as the cafe at the check in desk. I was able to get a few hours of work done in the common area at the main building. Seems like the place to be in Tofino!

It’s a short walk to the beach, which is beautiful and lovely to walk along. The cabin is cozy and warm with a nice gas fireplace. One bedroom cabin with a fold out couch, full kitchen and a nice bathroom. It was nice to listen to the waves while attempting to sleep. Pull out very uncomfortable, as are the thick rock hard pillows (recommend to bring your own). Resort is focused on doing less and charging more- they email you a code to check in, take your money as soon as you reserve, not exceptionally friendly at the front desk, and you need to take your garbage with you when you leave or you get billed extra. I’ll spend my money elsewhere in future.

We stayed in one of the air streams with our little 7months old. The place was very cosy and clean. There is everything you need to have a great stay in this vintage accommodation. The bed was very confortable too. Great experience!

Super cute Reno on the airstream. It had everything we needed with an awesome bathroom and very comfortable bed. We slept great. And the minute walk to the beautiful beach was the icing on the cake. Also enjoyed the BBQ restarting on site with wonderful live entertainment. We had a great stay.

So MacKenzie Beach Resort has a variety of accommodation options and the one we booked was for a RV. Unfortunately all RV spots are located along a busy dirt road which makes it noisy and very dusty. The rest of this resort seems fine and clean and the staff very helpful. They need to have the access road paved as well as the entrance to the resort itself, which is supposed to happen within a year (in 2024). The beach is nice and shared with other Resorts nearby. I will have to wash my RV carefully when I get back home because it got tons of dust on it.

My family and I stayed at the resort for one night. The airstrem assigned to us had a tech issue. Management was available and tried to solve it immediately. Once the staff realized the service offered was not at the level desired, they fully refunded the cost of the night. We appreciated their work ethic.
