Cobble Wood and Bird Sanctuary Guest Houses

We loved our stay at Cobble Wood Guest House. We spent three nights in the Golden Dawn suite and it had everything we could have needed for our stay. We were greeted by Ken who showed us to our apar**ent and spent some time answering our questions. His recommendations were really useful and we had some good meals out thanks to where he advised. The suite was cosy, clean and big enough to relax in. We would recommend to any couple staying in Tofino

Cobble Wood, is a great stay in Tofino!! Great location, walking distance to Mackenzie beach, tofino brewery/distillery, and the plaza. The heated floors in the washroom and entryway is a nice treat on a cold day 😍. Great cottage feel nestled in the trees, with the bird feeders makes it great for bird watching. Definitely would stay here again!! The self check in is great and we were able to start our vacation as soon as we arrived :). Thank you !!!

This is the 3rd time I've stayed in the Hummingbird Suite. Great place to stay. Quiet neighborhood. The owner was very helpful with things to do in Tofino. Great location to do activities in Tofino or head to the beaches.

We stayed for four nights. This inn is located in a quiet, private neighborhood, not too far from Tofino but far enough so that you could appreciate the privacy of the neighborhood. Excellent off road parking. Host was very nice and offered several excellent travel tips regarding hikes, beach info and restaurants to go to…and all of his advice was spot on! Comfortable bed. Somewhat small bathroom, especially the shower, but it was very clean and functional. Our suite had a small kitchenette with a refrig, toaster oven, toaster, microwave, a portable single burner induction stovetop, and a nice array of dishes and utensils. There was a two person breakfast bar in front of a big window that looked out onto the porch. There were two very comfy leather Scandinavian chairs along with a matching footstool that was really nice…you could look out the window at the porch while sitting next to a warming fake/electric fireplace. There was a bird feeder off the porch that attracted mostly doves and jays but also a quite cheeky young raccoon. A very pleasant stay.

Modern, clean and comfortable. Windows and light everywhere. Full kitchen. Balcony. Friendly and helpful owner. Quiet area off the highway on a cul du sac, only neighbourhood traffic. Walking distance to beach, services, botanical garden, walking and hiking trails. Bird songs galour. 100% recommendation.
