The location is great! 24-hour restaurants are in walkable distance and the convenience store is just downstairs. We spent whole day outside and didn't try the food in the hotel tho. Everything is just right in here. Really comfy!!
Comfort Hotel Tokyo Higashi Kanda

Tokyo Station/Nihonbashi/Akihabara/Kinshicho
Great hotel in a quieter area of Tokyo. The popular Akihabara neighbourhood is within walking distance. Check-in process was easy and staff were helpful. Room was clean, quiet and nice. It had air conditioning, a mini fridge and a nice bathroom. The hotel has a laundry area with washing machines and dryers. No laundry detergent needed as the machine automatically dispenses it. The complimentary breakfast was very good. I recommend going to the breakfast area on the earlier side as it gets very busy from 8-9:30. Convenience stores, cafes, and a grocery store are all nearby, along with 3 train/subway stations that allow you to easily get around Tokyo. We used Bakuroyokoyama and Iwamotocho stations to access the Toei subway and Barocho station to access the JR train.
Okachimachi Urban Hotel

Go further to Akihabara Electric Town and step back to Okachimachi. The Ginza Line is directly downstairs, and there are convenience stores and Chinese restaurants nearby. There are also many Japanese ramen restaurants. Transportation is very convenient. Although the room is small, clean and soundproofed, you can't hear outside sounds in the room, and everyone may stay quiet. Bathtub, refrigerator, and toiletries are all available. The second floor is the front desk, where you can check in by yourself, and there are also front desk staff who can help. There is a microwave on the second floor and a self-service laundry and dryer on the first floor. Coin-operated is very convenient.

The bed in the room is big and the facilities are new, but the aisle is very small and it is not very convenient to open the suitcase. The sound insulation is very good and it is very quiet at night. The surrounding facilities are complete, near the station, near convenience stores, near restaurants.
Sotetsu Fresa Inn Ochanomizu Jimbocho

The location is very close to Jimbocho. There are 711 Familymart and the legendary bird-yaki shop chain Bird Nobles within walking distance. There are bookstores around the hotel, and the overall atmosphere is very comfortable and quiet. The hotel room itself is relatively small, but it is more than enough for one person. Everything is very convenient, and check-in and check-out are smooth. All daily necessities are available next to the front desk. For me, it is a very cost-effective accommodation experience in Tokyo. Tokyo is really beautiful at this time!
Belken Hotel Kanda

Tokyo Station/Nihonbashi/Akihabara/Kinshicho
This place was totally excellent for me. The room was larger than I expected... not huge but pretty good for economy Tokyo standards. Lots of power outlets for my many devices. It was very quiet.. I think I only heard noise from another room once. Very good window shades for light isolation. The A/C was very good; important as it was a warm/humid week. Water pressure & temperature in the shower was great too. Wifi - I used a rental hot spot for security purposes so I can’t comment. Very close to metro & conbini (convenience store). Be prepared for an interesting kiosk used for payment, i.e. didn't pay at the front desk... but the staff helped me through the process.
