I had a good rest while I stayed there. It is clean, quiet, and with a microwave for simple meal heating up. I will recommend it to someone who enjoys solo casual traveling around the local neighborhood. But it is a bit far if you like staying at the city center.

It's nice, clean, and minimal place to stay. Very close to Tokiwadai station. It's my second stay in this inn. Very good for the price.

very old , but the room is spacy, you may take trams, metro to there. Take my advice, not to take bus

Nice little hotel, cheap and cheerful. Rooms have seen better days but if you’re just using it to sleep in then it’s no problem. Wonderful, kind staff.
Tokiwadai nice little area good restaurants and local subway station

Like staying at home with casual atmosphere, the hotel is located in a quiet residential area, you can enjoy the local Japanese life.

交通便利，房間小了一點，但設施該有的都有，要給酒店的服務點個大大的贊👍🏻，工作人員非常友好，而且由於自己的原因訂單出了點問題，但還是很友善地解決了。在異國他鄉，這種有人情味的招待非常喜歡並且感激！

基本上是將以前公寓改裝成旅館形式,櫃台晚上沒人,所以有甚麼問題就自己解決,或是打緊急電話,價格便宜所以也無法要求太多,附近餐廳超市很多,適合習慣自由行來東京,又不想花太多預算的人住宿!
