The staff was so warm, welcoming, well mannered and could not have helped us better!! The included breakfast was delicious, my 13 year boy certainly loved it! We loved staying there and can't wait to come back with the rest of my family!

衞生、環境都好，離地鐵和JR線路的站點都是步行5分鐘以內，早餐是免費的，還有大浴場和免費按摩椅。
酒店工作人員有會中文和英文的。
臨走的時候還可以挑選一樣小禮物，有吸油紙、筷子、小香囊等等。

1.地點離地鐵 御茶丿茶或JR 御ノ茶大約得走10分鐘，約700-800公尺，但因為這樣可以沿途走路欣賞日本大學的校警。
2.服務人員很客氣，在checkout時會拿出小禮盒讓你自己挑想要的小禮物，這點不錯的
3.早餐的話 基本上小菜自己拿，主食米飯，還有煎蛋喔，有吃早餐但又不用吃太飽，因為去外面景點還能再吃東西，服務員有位男性，會說中文，蠻親切的。
4.房間可以選擇要不要每天打掃，打掃的還蠻乾淨的。

진보초, 오차노미즈 역이랑도 가깝고 직원분들 너무 친절하셨고 영어도 잘하셨어요.
대욕장, 안마의자도 있어서 피로도 잘 풀 수 있었습니다. 방도 굉장히 청결했고요 ㅎㅎ
체크 아웃 할 때 기념품도 주시더라구요 너무 만족스러웠습니다 :)
