The breakfast prepared by the host was very considerate and the presentation was exquisite. The room was also very clean and the people were very friendly.

I was allowed to stay in a room on the 3rd floor.
Last time, when I told them that the WiFi was interrupted once every 3 minutes on the 3rd floor, they changed the room to the 2nd floor.
I stayed on the 3rd floor this time, but it was stressful that the WiFi was interrupted once every 3 minutes.
I was told at the time of check-in that it wasn't a Necafe, but I think it's a bit terrible that I can't connect this much, so I would appreciate it if you could respond.

非常感謝阿姨今天我check out時送我出門, 直到我走出大門,阿姨還向我鞠躬送我離開, 非常非常感動! 這家是民宿,不是酒店.除了位置比較偏,這個民宿本身的硬件和服務是滿分,或者説是超出滿分,沒有人能把服務做到這種極致. 優點:1.乾淨,非常乾淨,一塵不染.2.服務完美,完美到賓至如歸.3.價格很低,比酒店划算很多.4.安靜,晚上和住在農村一樣鴉雀無聲,非常寂靜. 缺點:1.位置偏,西葛西離市區遠,衹有一條地鐵,去景點都要轉車.2.離地鐵口有800米,步行要8分鐘.3.商業都在地鐵口,民宿附近衹有一個永旺超市. 出地鐵北口,直行全家超市,走到GU店,直行,看到NISSIAN的4S店,過馬路,左轉,走到看到HONDA摩託車店,就是這裏了.

리뷰가 많이 없기도하고 일본어를 못해서 걱정했는데, 엄청 친절하셨어요! 한국에서 왔다하니 한국어로 다녀와라는 얘기도 해주시고 조식도 제가 머문 방 까지 가져와주셔서 감사했습니다. 방은 작지만 있을건 다 있었습니다. 역에서 거리가 있었지만 호스트분이 너무 상냥하셔서 된다면 또 방문하고 싶었어요. 첫 일본 여행이 덕분에 성공적이었습니다❤️

Great help from our host going above and beyond by picking up our laundry from the laundromat while we weren’t able to and on top of that never charged extra- wonderful friendly hospitality:)

A simple mistake that unfortunately turned into staying an extra day in Japan due to me missing my flight, the staff of Tokyo Stay Hut Sari made the situation better. I will not speak about the details, but I will say that the staff at Tokyo Stay Hut Sari are very kind, good hearted, & accommodating. They deeply understood the situation, took extra steps to correct the situation, and made the situation a better & pleasant stay. I stayed for 2 nights, and on each night I stayed in 2 different rooms. Both rooms I stayed in was very clean, quiet, & spacious for 1 traveler. The rooms are traditional Japanese ryokan style, which felt very comfortable like a home you would stay at a family member. So overall I would highly recommended staying at this hotel, as the service & rooms is what makes this property special.
