The partition between the toilet, bath and room in the unit has been renovated to be extremely low. When I stayed at a hotel, I used to be afraid of hitting my shin on that partition and getting injured, but lately it's been flattened and lowered.
This time, it reached around my ankles, which made me really happy.
If you are elderly or have concerns about your legs or back, why not double-maru just for this?

I used the room next to the front desk (2nd floor) as it was a ladies room. I think the room was spacious.
There were times when I noticed a strange smell when I entered, and the noise from the air conditioner and refrigerator, but considering the age of the facility, I think that's normal.
I thought the cleaning was thorough.
The staff were very courteous.
It wasn't in the rental list, but I checked with the front desk and was able to borrow an iron and ironing board.
Breakfast was continental, but I liked the style of eating in the room, which was relaxing. They were also replenishing it frequently.
It's quite cheap compared to surrounding business hotels, so I'm satisfied with the overall score.
