The hotel is just next to the JR Asa***a station, the location is very good, but it will be affected by the train until mod night. If u’re a person who is afraid of light and sound please check with the counter, ask for the rooms on the other side of station platform, but for me, it’s quite okay.

Asa***a is a bit outside of the central Tokyo but is a well organized and easy to access the city. This hotel I use all the time when I visit Tokyo and they're very nice. Clean and neat. very close to everything you need. easy access to the Metro and convenience store and restaurants. Managers are very friendly and facilities are clean.

The room toilet is strange as the door is a step above the floor, it’s very inconvenienced for elderly.

Simple business hotel. Got a small room for two pax.
Very convenient as it is right beside the station. Surrounded by izakaya, making it great selection of food choices for dinner. Felt safe through my stay.
Room was generally clean and quiet, though the toilet ventilation was not working well.

Very close to JR Asa***a Station. How close is it? My room is on the fifth floor. The height is basically the same as the station platform. I can open the window and watch the cars going by while lying on the bed. I sent the photo to a friend, thinking I was sleeping on the platform...
Although the room is not big, it still has enough space for one person. The hotel is unable to provide breakfast recently, which is a bit inconvenient.
