My family and I used it to celebrate my husband's birthday. When I returned to the hotel after turndown, a birthday message, a bouquet of flowers, and a small gift had been left for me. Their subtle care is wonderful. Also, all of the drinks I received upon arrival were replenished, which I was really grateful for. Check-in was done while relaxing on the sofa, just like the Toranomon edition. However, the difference is that we receive a welcome drink service and a towel with a relaxing and soothing scent of vetiper and petitgrain, which is different from the edition's signature fragrance black tea, and the fatigue of traveling will melt away. I did. The customer base is different from Toranomon, it is less lively and has a more cozy atmosphere. Although the hotel is new, the staff's pleasant friendliness and polite and kind consideration are wonderful. You can explore various things in Ginza while taking a break, and the hotel's architecture and interior will stimulate your senses, so it's definitely a great way to spend your vacation. is. The only thing that bothered me was the loud noise from the air conditioner coming from near the entrance of the room. That's it. The humidity control is also great, but I wondered why. It's a wonderful hotel that keeps getting better and better, and makes me feel sad that it will become a distant presence.

This newly opened Bulgari Hotel still has a lot of problems: 1 If you don’t drive in, you have to go through a shopping mall every time, and it’s impossible to take a taxi all the time when you go out. Every time you come back, you have to go through the back door. 2 There is basically no service at all. When checking in, it said that non-alcoholic drinks are free, but the actual checkout juice is 2,500 yen a bottle, which feels very bad. 3 With the price of 1w8rmb, you can live in a hotel with better location and service in ginza, and there are also a bunch of Japanese people complaining about it in Google reviews. 4 The concierge department of this hotel booked restaurants almost a month in advance, and only one can be booked after giving a list of more than a dozen restaurants. The hotel has almost no strength in this regard.

The location is great, right next door to Tokyo Station and walking distance to the Imperial Palace. The staff in this hotel are fabulous, very polite, helpful and attentive without being intrusive. Check in was a nice easy process and I was kindly shown to my room. The room itself is fine, I've stayed in better Four Season Hotels but there was nothing wrong with the room I was given. The bed was comfy but the pillows I found were way too soft. I'm sure however if I'd asked they would have replaced them with firmer options. They also had limited charging sockets near the bed but not close enough for shorter cables so I had to charge my phone on the other side of the room. The shower was powerful, there was a nice deep bath but no bath salts and the bathroom amenities are not miniatures but rather large dispensers, great to save on plastic waste. Robes, hair dryer, tea and coffee facilities and mini bar are all provided. It appears they don't offer a pressing service because when I requested this they suggested an iron and ironing board to be brought to me instead. I personally don't mind ironing my own clothes so this was fine for me. WiFi was very good. The gym and restaurant are located on floor 7. The gym was nicely equipped for a hotel gym and had just about enough kit to get a decent workout in. They had a selection of cardio options as well. There are tin bottles of water and towels readily available. The hot pool was nice to relax in after and they also had a steam room and jet massage shower. Breakfast I had both as room service and in the restaurant. The menu was the same in both but you had more freedom on portion size with the continental option in the restaurant. I also had dinner room service whilst at the hotel. Room service was quick, normally arriving within 30mins of the order being placed. The food was well prepared and delicious. My only constructive criticism would be, it would have been nice to have had more choice, I found the room service menu limited, and I'd like to have had more local Japanese options, especially sushi. All in all a good hotel with fabulous staff in a great location. It wasn't however perfect with the points mentioned above so I can only award this hotel a 4* rating.

This is my third time staying here. Everything is just as great as before except that the airport limousine bus stop right downstairs this hotel is no longer there due to covid. I hope they will bring it back after Japan reopens completely! Special thanks to Yuuka who’s been super helpful with my courier problems. I really appreciate it!

We wanted a hotel right next to Tokyo Station as we were traveling by Shinkansen, and it doesn't get much closer than this. Like many modern hotels in Tokyo located in office towers, the actual lobby isn't on the ground level. This was a little annoying but it is what it is. Our room was spacious as expected, with views of Nihonbashi and the east side. Plenty of room to open up our big suitcases. The chaise longue next to the windows was a comfortable place to spend time on. The bathroom had a large wet room, equipped with a rainshower next to the bath tub. The glass wall meant that one could be in the bathroom and look out not only at the room, but at the rest of Tokyo if curtains were drawn. My main complaint was the shortage of TV channels with English or non-Japanese broadcast. We stayed in local Japanese hotels where they offered more international programming, so why didn't Shangri-La?! Service was otherwise fine, with check-out available via the Shangri-La app on one's mobile phone.

The location is really good, coupled with the good maintenance after the new renovation, the overall facilities are really good. It's just that the room size is a bit not particularly spacious. Hygiene: The room hygiene is no problem. Environment: In the surrounding square, countless people come to check in and take photos. You can see it when you open the curtains in the morning. ICI hotel is very close to metro subway station and two stations to Tokyo central station. If you have heavy luggage carry-on, there is very close entrance elevator up/down to subway. Room is typically small Japanese room but it is very clean , well-maintained and sanitize. Bathroom towels and bed linens are all fresh and new. An added pleasant stay experiences is their breakfast menu, freshly baked pastries like croissants, bagels and others, bacon, sausages, cheese and butter, Japanese omelet, freshly green salad, potato salad with smoked salmon *****s, rice, miso soup, curry soup, coffee and teas and many others. I highly commended the lady who is on the restaurant for being helpful and attentive. You may even brought up your breakfast inside your room as the restaurant space is not so big. Highly recommended for budget travelers in Tokyo

The transportation is very convenient. Get off the airport bus and walk 20 meters to transfer to Route 15/16 for 4 stops (the nearest stop behind the airport bus is). We stayed after a big party on Saturday and we had just enough energy to walk down to this hotel from Ginza(30min). As soon as we got to our room, we went to bed. The room is just enough for two guest and nothing special. Some hotels in Tokyo are providing a common bath recently and this is the case in this hotel. The size is not so big but small. it is great feeling to start a new day from bath! And next let have a famous breakfast. I had seen some photos, beautiful breakfast with lots of choices, even Ikura-don, which I didnt believe and I thought it is advertising only. However, the hotel provide that break fast and even better one. We were there for actually almost one hour and we made ourself really full (and no need to have a lunch on that day). A good thing is they provide small portions with various selections. The cost is little bit expensive (15,000 JPY) compared to the other business hotel. But it definitely worth it. I had to stay near Tokyo Station for early morning departure, but the price was high everywhere, and if I didn't walk more than 10 minutes from Tokyo Station, there seemed to be no cheap hotel, but I don't like rolling my luggage and walking, so I'm clean I decided to change the station and stay in kayaba Cho. From here, you can get to Tokyo Station for a few minutes by taxi and a few hundred yen. If you don't even have luggage, Tokyo Station seems to be within walking distance, but considering the cheapness of this hotel, you feel that taxi use is good. The hotel is small, but clean and comfortable. There are people at the front desk, but check-in out is done by machine. There seemed to be a coin laundry on the side of the front desk. If you just take a shower and stay, you don't want to do something in the room, you're here. I didn't know the restaurant because I came to the night and was early in the morning, but there will be no inconvenience because it is in front of kayaba Cho station. Convenience stores were close.

The bathroom with washing place and the toilet are separate. The room this time is on the top floor, 10F. Due to the structure of the hotel, the room I stayed in was arranged with another room (-_-;) Hitachi air conditioning is individual air conditioning. The TV is a SHARP 50 inch. With mirroring function. There is also a SHARP humidifying air purifier. Each bed board has a light switch, a USB port, and an outlet. The lighting is a little dark with only downlights and no ceiling lights. The bed was jointly developed with Simmons and I slept soundly. The front desk is on the 2nd floor, and the coin laundry, ice machine, microwave oven, amenity buffet, coffee machine, etc. are also on the same floor. It would have been even better if there were bath salts in the amenities. The elevator is a security elevator and you can only go to the floor where you are staying by holding your card key. Check-out is completed by inserting the card key into the box.

The room is as usual a bit cramped like most japanese hotels. The toothbrush, coffee etc have to be collected from the reception area. Location was a bit of walk from JR tokyo station but its very near other stations like the kyobashi station and takaracho station. Laundry room is located at the reception. Dryer runs for 30 min but will probably need 2-3 rounds to dry winter clothes. For the price point its considered ok for a room to sleep in and amenities provided in the hotel. We liked the various options for transport due to it location.

It was very late when I arrived, and the front desk was an enthusiastic Osakan. Seeing the Kobe address written on my residence card, I chatted with me enthusiastically, introduced the hotel environment, and said that the headquarters is in Kobe, and this one in Tokyo is a branch. I was shocked haha . The only dissatisfaction is that the table is relatively small, which is not suitable for office and study. If there is no need for this aspect, it is natural to ignore it~ The overall accommodation experience is quite good, but it is a pity that I did not see the Osakan when I checked out the next morning. It should be the store manager, haha.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Section L Hatchobori. We stayed in a deluxe appartment and it was enough space for our family of 4. The hotel is very close to Hatchobori Station and can be reached within a 3-minute walk. The hotel does not provide breakfast, but there are kitchen facilities in the hotel so you can cook breakfast in your room. You can also choose to have breakfast at Denny's restaurant in front of the hotel (near Hatchobori Station), the price is very reasonable. There are 7-11, Familymart and Lawson next to the hotel and nearby (within a 5-minute walk). There is a small supermarket two streets behind the hotel where you can buy fruits, eggs and meat. The hotel staff are proficient in English and Japanese, so there is absolutely no problem in communication. The hotel room has a refrigerator (with refrigerator), microwave, battery stove and basic tableware (note: seasonings are not provided). If you don’t want to go out to eat at night, it is recommended to go to Ginza (OK Supermarket - located in the basement of the same building as Uniqlo and GU) or Tokyo Station (supermarket inside Daimaru Department Store) to buy food and cook it back at the hotel. Finally, I would like to give the hotel a small suggestion. It is best to put a clock in the room so that guests can check the time.
