We absolutely love this hotel! The rooms are clean and comfortable. Being on the water is lovely, even in winter. The personnel are friendly and helpful. The pool area is very nice and well kept. Cannot wait until our next stay!

This will be a forever place we come to. Extremely clean. Like almost to the point where it looks like no one uses the hotel. The beds are very comfortable which is a plus. The pool area is amazing and the staff were incredible.

This is a beachfront property, and we were there in January -- off season, but beautiful to watch the water in the bay, walk on the beach in winter gear, relax -- and enjoy Traverse City's many amenities. (Recommend the Dennos Museum particularly. )

I was there for a quiet rest for 2 days I was very comfortable but on the day of my checkout one of the cleaning staff walked into my room at 9 am. I called the night before to ask what time checkout was and they told me 11 am.

Our stay (first timers) was remarkable. Guest services were outstanding - beginning with a personal call the week prior - and throughout our stay, every staff member was helpful, professional and personable. The hotel overall was wonderfully clean and fresh, and our room was equally clean and fresh. Complementary breakfast, delivered to our room on time, was top quality every morning. On our drive home, we talked about making our stay and annual post-Christmas tradition!

Our stay was wonderful, up until the checkout. The room was very clean and bed was comfortable. At checkout (approximately 9:00am) I waited for a few minutes while the front desk person (heavy set blonde woman I believe named Melissa) sat at a computer tucked behind the front desk, but still in view of people checking out. Another couple came to check out and weren't as patient and asked, excuse me, so the staff member came out with food in her mouth to help that couple even after being told I had been waiting. I ended up dropping my key cards off and saying I would skip check out and while walking out she rudely said..."have a nice new years"
I am appalled this kind of behavior is allowed in your industry. My check in was wonderful with Thomas ☺️
