It is a very nice hotel complex, the rooms are separated and very comfortable, the service in the restaurant is very good, I want to thank Mariolys for such a nice smile and kindness, we really liked the food with the Cuban flavor, recommended for everyone

The caves, as far as I'm concerned, have terrible service... I only stayed one night, and that was enough for me not to stay anymore.... Only the lady in charge was kind... and in my opinion this service and the room alone are worth the price. It's a shame... because the comfort and cleanliness were good... in addition to the great views... In your restaurant the situation became unpleasant for me because the food was average, but the service was terrible... The attention on the part of The clerks left a lot to be desired for the simple fact of being Cuban, they never addressed us as sir... always in an informal manner which caught my attention because it was this facility of the Cubanacan chain.... In addition to this when We asked to know what wines they had. The clerk lacked total knowledge, she only told me the brands on the labels, she couldn't offer me more information about them... So much so that she got upset and brought me both bottles for me to see... After choosing the wine, to top it all off, he does not respect the basic codes of gastronomy and returns with the glass of wine, which by the way was not the right one already served... I complain to him about this and he "gets upset." .. It's the last straw... They can't do their job well... I don't ask for more... All because we are Cubans... because I realized that the service they provided to other clients who were with us in the rest are quite equidistant from what I received In short, terrible service from the gastronomy

We stayed two nights, as soon as we arrived they told us that there was an internet problem so there was no wifi. The next day it worked but it cost €1 every hour. The food was good, there was enough and there was variety at dinner. Breakfast didn't have that much variety. The room and shower were fine, only the beds were a little uncomfortable (very hard). The employees were very friendly and always ready to answer questions. As for the location, it is perfect! In 5 minutes walking you are in the center of Trinidad.

A nice stay with unparalleled views and landscapes, good service in all aspects, cleanliness and freshness, good a**osphere to share with family and friends, without a doubt a good choice to rest on a well-deserved vacation…..
