The courtyard is old fashioned and a nice place to talk, have a drink or just be. The rooms are nicely decorated. We enjoyed it much more than our more modern hotel in Havana. The people in the bar/restaurant are friendly and efficient. You feel welcome there. Breakfast was decent and fast. Coffee was excellent.

We didn't stay at the hotel but we had a dinner at the hotel restaurant two nights in a row. Good food and portions for Cuban standards with very competitive price comparing other options aimed at tourists. We had an exceptional treat by Leony and his colleagues. Very professional, welcoming and friendly.

Clean, quiet, good location. Staff very kind and helpful. Lovely colonial setting adjacent to a beautiful plaza, with the town’s main plaza a short walk away. Great coffee but food choices are limited. This may be due to ongoing shortages. Still do recommend this hotel and there are many other restaurants you can try nearby.

Hotel located in the city center. Very nice service. Lovely colonial style hotel. Very well-functioning air conditioning, climatic, very clean. Breakfast served, good. Stylish restaurant. Close to Trinidad's historic attractions. Near the hotel there is a grocery store for dollars and euros.

0 Stars Really rude receptionist - you really don't want to hear you don't have a room after a 5 hour journey - even thogh the rep had spoken to her in the morning and confirmed all ok. Just beacuse her computer showed and error Also asked if we could have air con changed from 16C - very cold and were told no. Eventually we found a maintenance guy who gave us a remote ciontrol no water for most of our stay and when it was on freezing as it's solar heated and not enough time to heat up. Had to use bathroom in hotel next door again reception continously told us water was on when it wasn't dinning room full of flies and i don't understand why the lights on and curtains shut at 9am when this was a room was in the shade.. Some fresh air would have been nice. no lifts or offer to help with luggage

Hotel stile coloniale situato in una delle vie principali del centro di Trinidad. Molto curato nei dettagli e pulito. Personale gentilissimo. Colazione alla carta a base di frutta e uova, purtroppo senza alternative per chi non mangia uova a colazione, ma questo considerando la situazione mi sembra sorvolabile.

Wir haben eine Nacht auf der Durchreise hier übernachtet. Die Zimmer sind so lala, sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Wir hatten Zimmer im zweiten Stock und mussten die Koffer selber hochtragen. Das Hotel hat einen wunderschönen Innenhof, nur schade, dass man dort nicht frühstücken kann. Die Lage ist gut, alles ist fussläufig zu erreichen.

Nos han tratado como unos reyes, personal muy pero muy atenta! Habitaciones sencillas pero todo super limpio, con aire acondicionado y céntrico. Nos hemos sentido como en casa. Posibilidad de bañ**** en piscina a su otro hotel Las Cuevas.

Excelente estancia con una atención exquisita. Capitán Leonardo y Maibe han ofrecido un servicio y trato excelente durante las comidas. Han sido muy atentos con nosotros, preguntando siempre si la comida era de nuestro agrado. El hotel es precioso, una antigua casa colonial, muy peculiar. Vale la pena aloj**** aquí.
