We chided this hotel because it was in the lac and it was near the place where we wanted.

Was not the first time to stay in this hotel. Very clean and located in the heart of Lac where it is close by good restaurants and Tunisia mall for shopping and so. The staff hospitality was excellent, however, when I reached out to the receptionists for some requests it took ages to do them, though that each single time, they would answer and tell this will be done/fixed immediately, it takes long and required s couple of reminders. This was mot what I experienced with Le corail in the past

Like always i love staying here. Very clean modern and comfortable. Staff was excellent as always very friendly and helpful. Very fluent in languages. Great location.

My best place to stay in Tunis, close to airport and all the best sites. The restaurant has excellent food with quick delivery. I highly recommend this hotel to families, couples, and business trips. It’s across the street from the Canadian Embassy and five minutes walking distance to the American Embassy. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. Several pharmacies within walking distance and a hospital within walking distance.

Made an immediate check-in, I was gonna stay for 4 hours while waiting for my connecting flight. Upon arrival hotel claimed that the booking is not available until tomorrow. I had to pay for the room again. Then the receptionist booked the room under my wife’s name after I told him I was going to ask for a refund. I found that out when asked about my bill, so they put it under my name after the discovery.
Thanks to ******* the refund was processed successfully, but it’s an terrible experience specially when tired and wanting to stay only for couple of hours.
The staff clearly were upset when told them that I don’t need help with my bag! And started mumbling!
I have stayed in 100s of hotel as I am frequent traveler and you should stay away from hotel.
