Оставались в этом отеле на сутки, всё новое и чистенькое. Но персонал отвратительный, сначала не могли разобраться то ли им ксерить паспорт, то ли так вбивать, наконец дали ключ, поднялась на лифте ищу номер, нет такого, спускаюсь обратно и мне говорят: «а он в соседнем корпусе», иду туда, всё красиво, но лифта нет. Заказ на обед и ужин оказалось я почему-то должна сделать на завтраке. Так как выезжали мы рано, нам обещали ланч-бокс на завтрак, прихожу на ресепшн, спрашиваю про бокс, на что мне отвечают «я не знаю», мне показали на одиноко стоящий пакет рядом с ресепшеном, в нем были вода и сендвич, опять спрашиваю «это он?» жмут плечами говорят наверно, по итогу оказалось что этот пакет с портящимися продуктами валялся там со вчерашнего дня и более того части из этих продуктов уже даже не было( поэтому если не планируете контактировать с персоналом и питаться, гостиница вам подойдет
