Minha experiencia foi péssima no local.
Paguei um valor aproximado de 300 reais por uma diária, o que já é bem acima da média para o tipo de quarto.
Durante a noite cheguei para dormir por volta das 2h da manhã, por volta das 3h o ar condicionado que fica com motor dentro do forro do banheiro, começou fazer um barulho muito alto, como se tivesse algo batendo no motor. Liguei pra recepção, foram 3 vezes e o rapaz só falava que estava fazendo uma configuração que iria parar, não parou. Somente quase 7 da manha o mesmo foi no quarto e vou que o barulho estava muito alto. A janela do quarto não abre, não tem como circular ar, não resolveram o meu problema, não propuseram mudar de quarto, não ofereceram um ventilador nada! Resumo não foi possível ligar o ar por conta do barulho insuportável, e nem abrir janela, fui viajar e dirigir sem dormi por que impossível dormi emmm quarto totalmente abafado no calor de uberaba. Péssima expedição.

O quarto reservado anunciava uma cama de casal e uma de solteiro, porém, omitiu a informação que a cama de solteiro era uma cama infantil com capacidade para 30 quilos. No hotel nos deram um quarto com duas camas de solteiro, porém, só para uma diária - no dia seguinte ficamos com um quarto com apenas uma cama de casal, razão pela qual um de nós teve de dormir no chão.

Dificuldades para entrar devido falta documentação do meu pet, nota-se que não havia nenhuma orientação sobre esta necessidade,
Quando reservei paguei diária para 2 adultos e uma criança com 10 anos, no checkin tive que pagar adicional do café da manhã da criança, nos havia nenhuma informação sobre isso!
