Best experience till date in a resort. Absolutely amazing service and super courteous staff. I am going to be a frequent visitor now.

Excellent service and amicable staff. Food was of lesser quality than the local competitors and due to new recruits service was quite slow and haphazard. Very nice ambiance in all hotel restaurants. Beautiful upkeep of all gardens. Rooms are spectacular.

Absolutely stunning property with staff that makes sure you have the best possible stay. I would rate this hotel six stars if possible. Anticipate spending at least one whole day at the hotel to take advance of the amenities and beauty. I wish the hotel were closer to home so I could come back.

A memorable trip to us ...the oberoi udaivillas is what we are looking for relaxing..the lake view is mesmerizing..overall property is too clean and peaceful..and the staff members are mind blowing...the staffs are very co operating and the service is very good.

The Oberoi Group is known for their service standards and Udaivilas took the cake. Every little need or request of any of the guests was catered to. The staff is very welcoming and very well training. Overall its the perfect getaway for a serene and relaxing weekend.

We have been to celebrate our 10th anniversary here. I must say that Udaivillas is one of the best properties to been at Udaipur.. The staff is very humble and always available. A*** and Vishal has made it beautiful stay with a lovely room decor. We had 1 night stay at Leela Palace also. But there hospitality is poor.

Brilliant stay at Oberoi Udaivilas with the most courteous staff ever. Starting from the effervescent Esha who are my kids fav, sury***p taking care of us like family at the pool, ever attentive and smiling room service, and hospitable restaurant staff. We had surprises after surprises with both the property and staff. If it's a ever memorable family trip, head to Udaivilas

Today I had dinner at Oberoi Udaivilas and found the place very beautiful and splendid also wish to share that the hospitality from the staff is at top level specially I wish to mention the name Mr Ayush and Miss Shatabdi. I definitely visit it again. Thank You

Beautiful resort in a wonderful location, incredibly attentive staff, and top quality dining. The ONLY slight criticism and hence 4/5 review rather than 5/5 is firstly some staff are fairly young and thus they try sometimes too hard, although the more experienced staff are the equal at least of the best anywhere in the world, and secondly our room was more modest and not as private as my wife and I excepted. I mentioned this a little too late to ***agement who very kindly offered an upgrade to a more private suite, so great response to me concern. My wife and I are spending nearly a month travelling across Rajasthan, and our 1st time in India for ***y decades, and we will definitely be back!
