I had a very unpleasant incident with the Head of Customer service Mr. Ilgiz. I have got a call at 10 am in the morning and was told to immediately leave the room. The explanation was very inaudible saying something like: we have to clean your suite as will need to show your room to some visitors coming at 12.00. I have a feeling that the guy had difficulties speaking Russian or English as he failed to explain details and kept urging me to leave the room immediately. In return I was offered to "immediately move to De-Lux suite" that made absolutely no sense taking into account that I was to check out in couple of hours. A terrible service example for Crowne Plaza brand. I am an IHG Platinum member and stayed in numerous Crowne Plazas worldwide, so it's the first example how a good location and cleanliness of the Hotel can be easily ruined by a single wrong person on the stuff.

The room is fully equipped, clean and tidy, and the lobby is clean and beautiful! The girl at the front desk was very beautiful and had studied in China.

Ездила на переговоры в Уфу от организации, останавливалась в этом отеле. Понравились номера, еда в отеле неплохая, хотелось бы конечно поразнообразнее, но в целом на пятерку тянет. По сравнению с другими отелями Уфы, этот конечно однозначно топ

Была в этом отеле не так давно на конференции. Отличное место, понравился интерьер, персонал учтивый и приятный. Для тех кто хочет провести мероприятие, либо остановиться, то рекомендую обязательно. Классно провела время, отель соответствует количеству звезд.

Была в одиночку в этом отеле, он не новый, но все таки уровень чувствуется, неплохой пятизвездочный отель, цены как по мне немного завышены, но в целом того стоит, так как ты платишь за хорошие номера и высокое качество обслуживания. Вопросов и проблем не возникало в ходе пребывания.

Ездил по бизнесу в Уфу, остановился в данном отеле. Отличное место для того чтобы провести пару дней в поездке. Понравилось отношение персонала, все четко и быстро, вопросов нет к организации работы отеля. Достаточно вкусный кофе, есть места для переговоров.

Были с ребенком в этом отеле, все условия есть. С комфортом провели время, сделали дела в Уфе. Впечатлил высокий сервис, по сравнению с другими отелями в Уфе он на порядок выше. Хороший персонал, можно перекусить в самом отеле, все условия есть.

Отличный отель. Были там по корпоративному заказу, в номере был и душ и ванная, что очень удобно. Ходили на завтрак, персонал вежливый и всегда готов помочь. Чемоданы до номера относят, отель высшего класса, заслуженно 5 звезд. В номере вся техника самого высокого качества.
