Не плохо, но уже видна усталость отеля. Следов реновации нет. Завтраки посредственные, я имею ввиду качество приготовления. На ресепшене девушка пыталась неуверенно обмануть. За ранний заезд и поздний выезд потребовала стоимость 2 суток

If you expect 5-star service or room experience - you will be disappointed. For 4 stars - it's Ok hotel. Rooms are spacious but need remodeling. Ergonomically - very bad. Expensive bathroom equipment needs maintenance. Room temperature cannot be regulated. We went to hotels's restaurant fir dinner - it was dark and food very untasty.

Речи о 5 звездах и не может быть. С виду все неплохо. Но это с виду. Номерной фонд явно не поддерживается в должном виде. Все подшатано. Ехали проездом с Иркутска. Остановились на ночь. Хотелось выспаться и нормально провести время. После заселения спустились в ресторан на 2 этаже. И были в шоке от грязных скатертей, посуды и столовых приборов. Пересели за другой стол, который был чуть чище, но в целом в таком же состоянии, как и предыдущий. Еда также на двойку. Хотели попробовать буузы местные, на деле магазинские бывают вкуснее. Так уж получилось, что я родом с Агинского района и знаю, что такое настоящие буузы. Официанты, как сонные мухи, кое-как шевелятся. Заняты были всего 2 стола, буузы ждали около часа. Пока ели, кто-то из присутствующих заметил тараканов и обратился к официанту. Реакции не последовало. Но самое интересное ждало дальше. В номере перед сном ребёнок увидел "странного жучка". На деле оказался обычный российский таракан. Фото прилагается. Извиняюсь за качество. Во время съёмок "мочил таракана". Но работники отеля я думаю узнают свое фирменное покрытие. Итог: Было принято решение немного поспать и ехать с утра позавтракать в другом месте, без дальнейшего общения с тараканами в этом первоклассном отеле. Однозначно не рекомендую!!!

Отель в плане проживания очень комфортный. Останавливалась дважды по пути в Монголию и обратно. Замечательный и отзывчивый администратор Юлия оба раза помогла нам советами по городу, была радушна и гостеприимна. Ужас этого отеля - завтраки. Для заявленных 5 звёзд они просто никуда не годятся. Скудный выбор, неубираемые столы, 2 человека (официантки) сидят за стойкой и ничего не делают, абсолютно безразличны и безынициативны. Во второй заезд нас никто не предупредил, что завтраки подаются по предварительной заявке (представляете, именно так!). Мы спешили в аэропорт и попросили вернуть деньги за завтрак - «это невозможно, он включён в проживание». Менеджерам отеля срочно нужно полностью пересмотреть вопрос с завтраками, это портит общее впечатление от отеля.

Взяли номер в отеле в виде люкса. Все было в принципе хорошо, но несколько вещей не давало покоя (покажу на фото) и нерабочий умный туалет- а именно не работала функция биде и омывания. На минуточку, цена люкса 16к. Обслуживающий персонал без проблем приходил на помощь, но проблема не решилась . Конечно это все мелочи, но их мелочей состоит все прекрасное. Надеюсь администрация предпримет меры для исправления этих мелочей.

Очень понравилось. Есть всё для комфортного отдыха! «Бар 12» с прикольной панорамой города, спортзал, небольшой бассейн. Близко от аэропорта! Удобно расположен в городе. Достойные завтраки и кухня в ресторанчике. Не очень удобно , что нет гладилок в номерах)
