위치가 일단 너무 좋고요 넓고 쾌적했어요
관람차뷰 룸은 추가 비용이 있더라고요
그래도 밤에 관람차가 너무 예뻐서 감수하고 이용했습니다
울산 번화가 쪽에서 묵고 싶다면 여기가 최고인 듯요
공항이랑도 가깝고요

울산에 특급호텔이 있어서 너무 좋아요
객실이 기본인데 방 사이즈가 작지 않은 크기라 좋고 티비도 커요
롯데백화점과 연결되어 있어 너무 편리합니다

여기는 이름만 오성급이지 체크인프론트도 2개밖에없고 손님이 기다리거나말거나 처다도 않봄,체크인시 좀밀리면 10분넘게 기다릴 각오해야함..그리고 체크인하고 키 받았는데 문이 않열림...결국 마스타키로 열어줌.. 그리고 그늦은시간에 업그레이드 해준다고? 참 5성급이라는 이름이 아가운 호텔..다시는 안갈랍니다

울산에 처음 가게 됐는데
관람차뷰를 보고 안갈 수 없었어요!!
주차장에서 내려 엘레베이터를 타러 갔는데
좋은 향기가 나더라구요.
좋은 호텔답다. 향도 좋네. 했고
로비에 도착하니 안내해주시던분,
체크인 해주시던 직원분,
체크인 후 방에 가기 위해 엘레베이터를 탈때까지
모두 너무 친절하셨어요ㅜㅜ 고맙습니다!!
체크인 진행해주신 직원분이 밝고 친절하셔서 성함이라도 알아왔어야 했는데 아쉽네요ㅜㅜ
그리고 방에 들어가니 넓고 쾌적했습니다.
바로 보이는 관람차 뷰도 아주 만족했구요!
특히 밤에도 계속 빛나더라구요 ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ
인증사진 찍었어야했는데 관람차만 찍은 1인.... 다시 가야하는 이유1...
다음에 또 울산에 오게 된다면 다시 롯데호텔울산을 예약할거에요.
평일이라 그럴 수 있겠지만 주차장 내에서 호텔쪽으로 가니 주차도 너무 편했구요.
마지막으로 체크아웃까지 너무 친절하셔서 좋았습니다.
