Horrible experience! If you are planning on staying here and have a car, be very careful.
Their parking lot is always full and you will have to park a few blocks away. Very inconvenient.
Also if you request a late checkout they will only give you if you pay an additional fee which was outrageous. They have no customer service whatsoever. They really need to look up the work Hospitality and start providing that to all there guest.
Hopefully they resolve these issues soon!

Convenience facilities: Unmanned convenience store on the 1st floor (the store is small, but convenient as it is available 24 hours a day) 4.5/5
Meals: Don’t know as I didn’t use the breakfast service.

This is a very good hotel for business travelers at a reasonable price! It's a good hotel with great value for money^^!

This is a review I always write, but everything is good except that the parking lot is small and you have to go to the outside parking lot if you are late. Of course, hotels do their best to encourage plan fees;;

The bed was comfortable, the blankets were warm, the water in the bathroom was strong. But the curtains in the bathroom have a musty smell. During the rain the room feels damp.
