I cycled back to Urumqi from Karamay and chose to stay at the Conrad Hotel again. Facilities: The facilities are complete and comfortable, and the toilet space in the room is large! Hygiene: The cleaning is very clean. When I go in, I feel the warm atmosphere of a tidy ”home” Environment: The hotel is in a very advantageous location. Downstairs is the Meimei shopping mall. Shopping and eating are our first choices. Even the taxi driver said that we are good at choosing hotels. The hotel is conveniently located to all major attractions! Service: The service attitude of the hotel is very good. We have to catch a flight the next day. After taking the luggage down to the first floor, the little brother helped us hail a taxi. He personally loaded the luggage into the car. This kind of service attitude is the key to improving the city’s image. Five years later, my trip to Xinjiang still makes me linger as always💗

Finally, the front desk lady came to pick us up. It is recommended that the hotel change the positioning. I can't find it as a local. The people who travel by car can be cleaned. The service is very good. The front desk service is very good. Upgraded the big room, clean and clean. It's Hilton and I hardly found staff who can speak English. I felt like I was cheated. I paid for 2 big twin bedroom and I got one big and one regular roomsize. As i wanted spacious room, I was willing to pay more, but the duty manager at the time that I checked in said the other room seemed small, because it's a different floor plan. So I told them that I'm an interior designer, so I know what is big and small or even the manager could come and inspect the rooms with me. . After that they allow me to change the room. There're varieties of food for breakfast.
