The apartment was great.
Unfortunately the door to the master bathroom was hard to close and when we arrived there was peace’s of soap on the floor in the bathroom.
We told front desk, and they keept promising somebody would take care off it. But they never did.
When we checked out, they apologized and set they would call us later that day.
The stay was super expensive, they never called back.

Awesome location at the base of the mountain. The experience was bombed by the lack of the staff to respond the need for a hair blow dryer. A basic amenity that is expected to be available? Especially for a woman with long hair during cold weather. The staff at saying “ sorry”

This place was perfect for what we needed. We took a short trip to Vail and decided to stay here, the room we stayed is a bit outdated and could use a few upgrades. However, we were not planning to spend much time in the room so it served its purpose for what we needed. Concierge was nice and check in was easy. Also, really close by to Vail Downtown.
