Exceptionally well behaved staff with special mention to Mr Sunil & Mr Surajit. They made us feel so comfortable and for each every aspect they were on their toes. Just so very overwhelmed with their support!! ***y thanks to front office team Mr Pankaj for making seamless checkin of my 200 colleagues.

Had a very comfortable stay. Special thanks to Sonu Kumar, Kundan Singh, Sandeep Yadav, Sunil Yadav and Chef Prem who went out of the way to make our stay pleasent and memorable. Food was awesome. Must try Banarsi thali, kadhi and gatte ki sabzi.

We came to the hotel without reservation on an impromptu visit to Varanasi. We could immediately check in and infact were upgraded to their premium room. The hotel is old but clean and well kept. The staff is polite and helpful. I enjoyed shopping from the hotel shops for souvenirs. The food is delicious and flavourful. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

It was a nice experience staying at The Clark’s, Varanasi for 3 nights. The property, though old is well maintained. The access of GM to guest is well appreciated. The personal touch and care by F&B team added to the good experience of our breakfast and dinning. We would specially like to commend Sunil Yadav, Qadir and Sonu Kumar, who were professional in their approach with a personal touch making us feel comfortable and relaxed.

An excellent stay during my daughter's wedding at Clarks in March 24. everything was meticulously planned and executed by the hotel ***agement. It speaks volume of the work culture and ethos upheld by the Clarks, even the support staff were so motivated to help and take extra care of my guests. I wish them all the best in their professional and personal endeavors. I personally appreciate and thank Mr. Satyajit Gopal GM of the hotel who despite his very busy schedule took personal interest in our stay and other associated events. Mr. Ranjit Sagar and Mr. Devesh Pathak took excellent care of my guests in their smooth check in and check out in addition all requirements were promptly attended. I convey my special thanks to Mr. Sunil Yadav and his team for producing such an outstanding meal in all events which made the guests mesmerized. Each and every guest were personally looked after by the staff of the Clarks. it is a memory of lifetime. Thank You Clarks.

Old , spacious but pleasant stay. Needs updating and renovations.it’s location is good to access important landmarks of Varanasi. We would mention Sonu Kumar and Sunil yadav in the restaurant who were great and went an extra mile in their hospitality.

Having stayed at multiple hotels in the city, stayed at the Clarks in early February 2024. The rooms are decent but defn needs a good overhaul! Better cleaning (carpets specially) ! The AC stopped working middle of the night (defn needs a good servicing). Bathroom Tidy but needs some ventilation. The front desk is always super busy or appear to be. Despite being well beyond the check in time, we were asked to wait since they were busy catering to a large group ! The staff needs to gear up to handle the guests in peak seasons. The restaurant deserves a special mention. All the food we ordered via in room dining was very good. Breakfast spread is decent too. The hotel is good for a 2-3 days stay.

Best place to host your functions... Everyone is friendly and warm. They help you at every step and constantly by your side till you are done with your event. Impeccable food and service... The chef curated a special menu and the food was amazing on each day. Honestly we had the best wedding ever.
