I liked the service and it was clean and overall i'd gladly stay there again. However, the only negative things were the loud hammering that wouldn't let us sleep from a construction site in front of us and another thing is that the parking is a steep and tight space. Other than that I recommend :)

Would choose to stay there again.
Restaurant open for 3 meals. Good variety.
Some items better than others.
Excellent staff.
Only issue with property was auto door leading out to pool area. Acted eractically

There were good things and bad things. Usually in the Hiltons that I have stayed in the last 10 years, there are more good things than bad things, but in this case it was 50 - 50. The worst one was the air conditioning system. Instead of the regular AC system that you can control through an AC control panel, it was an old mini split system that uses a remote control (like the ones of the TVs) and it made a lot of noise. I was not able to sleep very well. The other bad thing was the room service since on the last service that was made they left the door open, and anyone could have entered the room. I reported that to the front desk lady. Obviously there were good things such as the beach view, the dinner was really good and the hotel facility is nice. I'm a HHonors member, and I have stayed in several hotels from the Hilton´s group (California, New Jersey, Chihuahua state and Tahiti for my honeymoon) and this is the worst Hilton so far. I think for next time if I travel to Veracruz again I will try Hampton or DoubleTree. Thanks

I liked that it was handicap accessible within the hotel and pool.
I would like to see them make the access to the beach more accessible with a ramp versus just having stairs.
