去Silver Star Mountain滑雪兩天選住的酒店，從酒店去滑雪場開車大約30分鐘。。。酒店位距主幹道公路邊，出入還算方便，就是離“中心”有點距離。房間大，配餐具可自助操作。客房帶陽台，面朝天鵝湖，早起透透氣還不錯～

Beds are comfortable, rooms clean.
Our first room had a terrible sewer odor.
They were able to give us a new room which was much appreciated.
The hot tub was cool, body temp at best for our first night.
The kitchen only had 3 packages of coffee.
Couch is not in a place that watching tv is comfortable.
Awkward to bring items to room from upper parking lot.

Our stay was great, there were a couple of minor things missed with the cleaning but I am very picky with that so I didn’t complain as it wasn’t actually that big of a deal. The room was beautiful and fully stocked. The check in and out went very well. The grounds could use a bit of maintenance however it was off season so not too bad considering. Our family really enjoyed the stay and would definitely recommend!

Good stay although we weren’t in the room a lot as we haven’t family near by. The room is huge, clean and had what we needed. Except a full length mirror, which I wish it had.

Getting your luggage to the rooms is quite the ordeal. There’s no indoor access and it’s a bit of a track with no luggage carts. It’s a bit of a slippery maze in the winter. The hot tub is very small and was out of order the first time I tried to stay
That said the rooms are very large and well equipped. But poorly laid out. You walk right into the first bed and the second is up stairs. So it’s not the most accessibility friendly property.
I had some very unhelpful boarding on rude staff and some nice ones.
For the price not sure it’s worth it. Many in the summer with the pool and bbqs open or for longer stays.
The bed and bedding was very comfortable.

Staff were excellent and went above to make us feel welcomed. The only drawback of this hotel is that it is very inconvenient to get back on to the highway towards Vernon. You have to cross the very busy main highway on a left turn. The highway can also be noisy.

We loved the spacious rooms. Unfortunately we had to leave to go back home earlier than planned so we only had one nights stay (instead of the 2 booked and paid for) which was very unfortunate. As a result we couldn't use the hot tub either😔
