The room, lobby, and restaurant were clean, and the bed was comfortable. The location is good, with tuk-tuks and busy roads right in front of the hotel. The breakfast was delicious and the staff was kind.

The location and breakfast of this hotel are very good, especially the breakfast. The service is also good. The bathroom is very small. Not only is it small, but there is a problem with the water in the shower. If you want to soak your feet, you must remove the floor drain to avoid flooding. It is recommended. It doesn’t cost much to replace the new floor drain in the hotel. In addition, there is no place to place bathing and shampoo products, so they can only be placed on the floor. It is recommended that each bathroom be equipped with an adsorption test hanging basket for guests. This does not cost much. The shower head is too high, cannot be moved, cannot wash the feet, and most importantly, it is flooded for soaking the feet. The fourth is that there was an unknown small black bug in the room. I was bitten and woke up in the middle of the night on the first night. I changed rooms on the second night. I turned the air conditioner to the maximum and added a quilt before I could fall asleep. Although the hotel was very cooperative and changed the room immediately. , but this kind of thing can be prevented in advance. Every guest probably doesn’t like to change rooms. During the 6 nights in Laos, this hotel was the most expensive, but also had the most problems. The only one was bitten by bugs. one.

We stayed here for 2 nights in November 2023. The airport bus from the airport departs and arrives on the street in front of the hotel, making travel between the airport and the city center cheap and easy. Amenities included soap, shampoo, conditioner, and a shower cap, and drinks included instant coffee and 3 free bottles of water a day. (There was no toothbrush) Breakfast is served from 6:30 to 10:00, and when I was there, there were European and American groups staying there, so it was pretty crowded. There weren't that many items, but they were delicious. I liked the vegetable-based side dishes, the pumpkin potage, and the cafe latte with cafe art. The bed was also moderately hard and comfortable. I don't have any major complaints, but if I were forced to raise it, I would wish there was a chair other than a chaise lounge in the room.

The service is attentive, the breakfast is rich, especially the details of the service are well done; you feel at home, and although the hotel is not big, it is very clean.

I always feel comfortable visiting. The staff are all friendly, the rooms are spacious, and the meals are also satisfactory. It is located in the center, so transportation is convenient.
