We booked for 4 but received a room that barely fits 3. When I reached out they aske us to have our teenagers sleep together on the sofa that does not even fit one. Refrigerator was malfunctioning and froze all our groceries (did not put it in the freezer). Contacted manager through email and did not hear back. With some care and customer service this place would be great. In the current state I can only give 2 stars. as it was very inconvenient.
