The guy at the reception speak english its fantastic. The room are big, really clean, comfortable and the AC work good! The only thing, no hot water in the shower but i will return there if i need!

Customer service was outstanding, no wonder it has really good reviews, besides that includes a breakfast very tasty or you can order from a menu, food was delicious, they provide you all information you might need in front desk, rooms are very specious, I will definitely rent a room on my next vacations, very close to restaurants and shopping centers

Everything was bad, from the check in which took over an hour because this website also the air conditioning wasn't working in one room. It was just a very bad experience overall.

En general lo recomiendo ampliamente, habitaciones limpias, camas comodas, muy buenas instalaciones. El personal excelente atención y servicio.

El único pero es que la habitación daba a la avenida principal, la cual es muy concurrida y toda la noche madrugada se escuchaban los coches y la música de una Taqueria. Mientras tengas prendido el aire acondicionado se escucha poco lo de afuera. De ahí en general, todo muy bien.

No me gustó que no me quisieron dar el desayuno de mi hijo mejor aun cuando yo pagué el extra pago por un niño de 13 años de edad. ******* sí me lo cobro pero ahí en el establecimiento no me lo quisieron hacer valer. Pésimo en ese aspecto
