Ramada by Wyndham Walterboro

I booked my hotel room in advance. When I got to the hotel they said the pool was out of commission, there was no breakfast and then they said there were no clean rooms for me to stay in. They transferred me to a hotel a few exits away and the hotel didn’t have a microwave or refrigerator and the AC turned off halfway through the night. I tried to turn it back on but couldn’t get it to stay on for more than a few minutes. Very frustrating experience.

Location good , room clean , ac worked, tv , fridge, microwave worked. staff very nice. No lobby ac, roof leaking in lobby and free breakfast area,,, so no free breakfast. Looks like it’s been that way a while….unsightly. Price was good under 60 total

Couldn't change the channel,crumbs in the bed. . check in at 4:23 checked out at 7:00!!! Never again will I

This was one of the worst hotels I ever booked to stay at. I was there for a funeral with family, and was so embarrassed by the smell and conditions of the hotel. This hotel should be condemned .

We was checking in Friday April 7 2023 and was told that we did not have a room with a king bed non-smoking on bottom floor that was booked March 12 2023 @ 11:34 am. I talked to Chelsea and called on April 5 and talked to a man and he confirmed the room will be ready on the 7th. I had to drive back home that is 4 hrs away in the rain at night. No room available in Walterboro! We are disabled. Need refund back ASAP.

They were in the middle of remodeling, only one person to help the whole motel. I contacted Travelocity and told me it was to late to get a refund. It wasn’t my fault if one of your motels in the middle of reconditioning! I should get a full refund

No air conditioning, no units available had to go elsewhere

Made a reservation via Hotel.com and when we arrived 15 minutes later, nobody was there to check us in. We had to continue driving and search for another place to stay.

Arriving in pouring rain, the lobby was closed and we had to go to the window and stand outside, wait for the clerk, and conduct the check in while pouring and 42 degrees. Room looked like the guests had made the bed. I’m mad at my self for not going right back and getting a different room. But it was 42 and pouring. Chair had cigarette ash and other dirt (non smoking room - had it smelled I would have left) carpet coming up and caught on the door every time we opened it. Bathtub was chipped and stained. Beds tolerable. Noise from room above us. With what looked like 5 cars parked there, did they have to put one on top of the other?? I will never stay at another ramada.
