We spent 5 days at the property and every employee encountered was over the top friendly and helpful. Will definitely be booking for future visits to Warrensburg.

Very clean,friendly staff. We had to wait a bit for a printer to work, but the staff was friendly and the facility was nice.

It was a last min stop ..they had rooms at affordable prices and the staff was super amazing. And one of the cleanest hotels we have stayed at in a long time . Best western has made a repeat customer

Good price, but not the overall quality hotel that I am used to staying at. I was not impressed. However, I highly recommend the restaurant across the street called “Players.”

The customer service at the front desk was good. The staff was very friendly. The room was clean and the main area was clean. The breakfast was nice. Front desk was helpful in giving us directions and food options.

We came to town for the UCM football game, hotel was nice and clean. The bed a little soft for me, but overall a good stay.

It’s a decent hotel with some exceptions. First, maybe this is a “new thing” now but daily service of just getting clean towels is disappointing. No bed ever made, bathroom not cleaned. This used to be the standard. Which just says how far away from being customer oriented we are now. Also they need to get the tub to drain. Ankle deep with a normal time of shower. Shower flow was closer to a hose not a shower. Kirov coffee pot in room didn’t work. Breakfast/coffee was a 2 out of 5 rating. We’ve stayed at much better BW. Bed was comfortable, staff was ok just not a real friendly atmosphere.
