I stayed there for a month waiting for a travel visa to be granted. That required me to re-book a room, often on a daily basis in case the visa was granted. I initially used a travel agent to book the room for 2 nights at the advertised price of around £40 (212 PLN) per night. When I asked to extend by one night I was charged 1080 PLN which is over 5 times the price. I obviously complained and was clearly told to go elsewhere if I didn't like the price. I have all the receipts as proof. I reverted to asking my UK travel agent to book the room and was charged the advertised price again (allowing for rate fluctuations). They were not happy. After that, the price varied from 216 to 290 PLN per night. I was moved 7 times to a variety of rooms over the period I was there. I have to say that most of the staff were polite except for the manager.

С меня взяли оплату за 2 ночи, при том что я бронировала все лишь 1 и сообщала о времени своего прибытия в отель, а так же оставила номер телефона свой, на случай если нужно будет что-то уточнить. Мне никто не звонил и никто не придупредил о необходимости дополнительной оплаты, а постфактум на рецепции сообщили что нужно платить еще раз. Внятно, администратор не смог объяснить за что взымается вторая плата, но на утро уже с другим администратором я выяснила что это была оплата за вторую ночь - это вообще КАК? Куда смотрит администрация и руководство отеля? Вернуть деньги мне отказали и даже не извинились, сдели вид как будто все так и должно быть - вы правда считаете что уровень сервиса в столице Польши должен быть именно таким?? Я была просто шокирована этим.. ну чесно! Не рекомендую это место для остановки! Очень плохо!
