The beds were comfortable and room quiet for goodnight sleep while travelling south. Breakfast was tasty and satisfying for good start to day. Price reasonable.

Really old furniture, unvacuumed hallways, no shampoo in dispenser bottles, breakfast food was okay - but staff was in a huddle speaking to one another and not to the guests. The gym was the best part of the facility. We have stayed at Hampton Inns before and were looking forward to staying. Very disappointed would not stay there again.

For some reason I was charged an extra 25$ after I was checked out with no explanation. My wife almost got shocked from the light switch by the bedside due to the lamp grounding out.

All in all a pleasant experience. Elevator not working, ice machine on 5th floor inoperable. Vent in bathroom nasty.

The breakfast both Saturday and Sunday were not up to the usual standards for a Hampton Inn. There were no pastries or doughnuts. Sunday, there was no batter for waffles. There were only two cereals on Sunday. Saturday, there was no hot chocolate.

Room was mot ready at 3pm when I tried to check in. Room was not cleaned during my stay. Room was clean and no problems qith the room
