Very nice surprise! Two queen room was big and clean. Checkin was easy. Hotel is located in a very convenient area close to shopping and restaurants

Good service and courteous employees. Comfortable beds. We just got tired of same 2 breakfast items: scrambled eggs/sausage and biscuit/gravy.
May look for other hotels in area next visit.

I witnessed with my own eyes the hotel desk staff coming through the breakfast area and picking crumbs off the floor and cleaning the area. These people take cleanliness seriously.

Hot tub and pool were great. Get a room away from the highway. Semi parked on highway side idled all night. People above us were noisy until about midnight.

I was part of a group that used the basement fellowship space, which worked very well. It was quiet and near shopping, accessible parking. The staff did their best given some challenges.

The check in process was quick and simple after a long day. The room was very clean and the staff were friendly. My only disappointment was internet speeds. Two bars of cell service was faster by two times.

Earlier in the afternoon a receptionist checked someone else into one of our hotel rooms. Clearly the wrong person. Didn’t take a credit card. Very confusing. Not the fault of the receptionist who checked us in. Why isn’t this automated yet?

My room faced the highway, excessive traffic noise was heard all night.
Lobby and rooms had a strange smell, would have changed hotels but was last minute stop.
