Late check-out was not an option. No additional shared amendities. Generally satisfied considered price and local being so central to waterfront.

Before booking, I didn't know that Jay Chou had taken photos downstairs of the hotel. I just read the reviews saying that the location, environment and service were good. This hotel has the style of a hotel and all the conveniences of a family hotel, including cooking, washing, drying and ironing. I left in a hurry and brought a mobile phone charger. The service staff lent it to me until I left. I will lock in this hotel when I go to Wellington next time. It's great value

Personally, I really like this kind of old apartment, although the furniture is a bit old, everything else is fine. The staff are also very friendly. It's just that Ctrip is a bit inaccurate about the check-in time. The front desk working hours on Saturdays did not reach 19:00. After communicating with the hotel in advance, we checked in smoothly.

We arrived at the property just after midnight and when we arrived, it was hard to check in as no one was answering the phone for 10 minutes. Then there was no water on arrival but we found a note that there was a leak outside on the street, which was getting repaired , which is understandable but in the morning to our surprise there was no hot water so we ended up with the cold shower. beside that all the furniture was looking very tired and well overdue for replacement. So the Quest needs a good refurbishment.
