Got a last minute booking for this hotel. No complaints! Check in/out quick and easy. Hotel staff was friendly, king deluxe room was spacious and clean. The temperature was comfortable and cozy even with outside temps below 20F. Enjoyed having a kitchenette space. Forgot my phone charger and there’s an iPad for complimentary use with a charger I was able to use. Only stayed one night and it offered all I needed—right in the village, clean space, comfy bed (on the firmer side), good amenities.

The room is large and comfortable, and the hotel service is also very good. Because we cook in the kitchen, the dishes were not washed when we went to the ski resort in the morning, but the room service staff washed them for us. Moreover, the hotel itself has a free shuttle bus to the cable car station of the ski resort, and the driver is also very friendly. Even on days when there is no shuttle, there is a bus stop within 4 minutes where you can take a public free 4-car to the cable car station of the ski resort. There is a large supermarket 2 minutes away from the hotel, which is super convenient. There is a post office within 3 minutes, but the tourist bus/bus terminal is some distance away, about 7 minutes. If you have a lot of luggage, be prepared. There are also free-use washing machines and dryers in the hotel! Very convenient for guests staying more than two nights.

Absolutely fantastic stay.
Room was large and spacious. Quiet, and comfortable. It had everything we needed for our stay. Staff were very kind and helpful. Location was great. I was skiing, and although, there is a transport option, i opted to walk to the gondolas. It was only about 8 minute boot pack. Bit of a struggle on the way back, but more guilt free calories to consume later.. haha.
Would highly recommend and would definitely stay here again.

So I like the concept of this hotel with the mini kitchen for families, the spa and pool/hot tub etc., but I do think it would be rated higher if they had a better lobby and a bar area. The hotel is very clean and rooms are comfortable. They offer shuttle back and forth to the slopes which is very handy. Overall a reasonable option and also located in North Village which is away from all the loud bars etc.
