Great location. Right by freeway & restaurant's. Has laundry on site. Very nice staff.

They basically stole my money. Scheduled a booking, when I arrived on the evening time, no one was working the front desk this I'm unable to check into my room. When I asked for a refund, they refused stating cancellation policies in which this wasn't a cancellation. Do not bring your business to them,. you'll regret it

The area has a nice selection of restaurants within walking distance. I had a nice quiet stay.

I should have guessed that the prices were too good to be true. This place is crawling with sketchy people and the staff would not even allow me into the main lobby during a late check in when it was still freezing in the entry way (I’m 5’3” and about 115 pounds. Luggage still in the car, no bags or anything but my purse.) and his directions to my room with a 2 building layout/multi-floor/rooms inside and outside the building were less than helpful. Ended up leaving and going to the after a couple was knocking on the conjoined door (didn’t know it had that) and was asking my boyfriend and I to come over or if we had a few bucks.

I did not stay. I was told the reservation was canceled. After having argued that it was not, we went to room to find it was unlivable. Sticky floors, stained sheets, dusty I cleaned room. Did not even look in bathroom. We had to make reservations at a hotel in Cleveland and missed a planned gathering that evening.

It was good for the price. I wasn’t expecting a Hilton for the price i paid. It was priced properly for what you got. Plenty of lighting and i felt safe.

Internet was poor. No ammenities at all, not even coffee. The property appears to have been in decline for quite some time.
