Just an average hotel. Nothing fancy! Went to Wise for a state little league softball tournament, the pool was closed for maintenance. This is summer and you had people staying for a tournament, poor planning in my opinion . Breakfast consisted of sausage patties, egg patty and a biscuit. The orange juice was frozen. Walls were paper thin, you could hear ever step the people above us took. Tried checking in a little early and was told our room would be ready in 30 minutes, no problem ! 1 hour later I came back and room would be ready in another 30 minutes! Young man staff member was super nice. All in all just an average stay !

for it to cost me 120+ there are a couple things to point out.
no drinking cups, had to drink out of ice bucket.'
no coffee or coffee cups. had coffee maker.
no extra blanket for bed, had to leave heat up to stay warm
no lotion, needed some for my arm.
who ever heard of 15x15 pillows..
the bed was lets say not what I expected
the room itself was nice and what was expected

Nice place. Staff was great. Breakfast was good. The bummer is we picked this hotel for the indoor pool but it's out of order.. somethings are uncontrollable but we're visiting family in town and that was the point coming to this place

We loved looking at the mountains from our hotel room. Reno’s steak house and McDonald’s was next to the hotel. We plan to visit again and will most definitely stay here at Best Western.

It was a wonderful stay. And Holly was very polite and got what we needed. I would recommend Best Western to all my friends. The check in Ladies were polite and very helpful when Questions were asked.

There was a lot of remodeling going on but I was in one of the newly renovated rooms. It was very nice, clean no issues at all. Plus there is a great restaurant on site Renos excellent!

This place is the Best place to stay every one is polite, friendly, very helpful and Courteous. When ever I go to Wise Va, I book at Best Western hotel. If I was to rate them it would be 10 out of 10.

Service was fine, breakfast was good. Our room had a musty smell to it, that was only bearable for 1 night. Carpet in hallway needed replaced for sure. Overall a few improvements and it would be ok. They were doing some renovations down the hall.
