when i booked on the app and then went into pay they told me a higher price than they did on the app which wasn’t very pleasing.

If you are on a budget, it's a good value for the price! If you want to stay for a long time, I might suggest a more expensive place. The room was in need of an upgrade; heater thermostat didn't work correctly, made room too hot. The room sink was clean but showed it's age. Breakfast was prepared well and hot, but turkey sausage and scrambled eggs wasn't my favorite.
The pool was well maintained, warm, and clean.
I would stay there again.

I needed a room on the ground with grab bars in shower. The staff person may have gone overboard with one that would have benefitted somone who had a wheelchair in the shower. It was very thoughtful, but not needed.

No elevator!!!!!!!
Was not told when making reservation! I was with my 76 year old mother who has COPD so how could she climb 2 flights of stairs??? I have 4 heart diseases and lungs are damage how could I climb 2 flights of stairs??
Then we don't smoke with our lung problems they said we requested a smoking room NO WE DID NOT
I've requested a refund since we did not stay they never responded to my repeated request

It wasn't that bad are king bed was very comfortable. Wasn't crazy about the small bathroom and the toilet kept running.
