Booked this hotel through Ctrip.com. There are some good and bad reviews online, but in the end I wanted to experience it myself. After arriving at the hotel, the impression at the front desk and lobby was average. The waiters/clerks did not greet customers and send them to the store. There were clerks sitting in the lobby when arriving and leaving the store, but they did not want to help the guests move. They lacked service awareness. The room size is okay and relatively comfortable. But the room hardware facilities are old and the quality is not good enough. The sanitary conditions are average, the towels are old and dark in color. The soundproofing of the room was poor, and the sounds of talking and fighting in the next room were clearly audible. Breakfast is poor, with few varieties and no meat dishes. It was said to be 7:00-8:30, but on the first morning when I went there at 7:50 there were basically no dishes. I told the waiter to order more. After talking for a long time, some shredded potatoes were served. The only staple food is steamed buns, flower rolls and fried dough sticks, both of which are cold. There are millet porridge, stick ball porridge, and soy milk, which is good. Eggs are limited to one per person, and there is a dedicated waiter to distribute them to guests, which makes people laugh and cry. Too small-minded and too small-scale! These are the ones that come to my mind, and the rest is left to the customer service’s judgment and decision.

The hotel is located on the side of the road, very conspicuous and easy to find. The parking lot is large and convenient for self-driving travel friends to stay. The room size is acceptable, the decoration is quite satisfactory, the hotel facilities have everything, and the quiet at night is a good place to sleep. There are a lot of big, medium and snacks around, and there is no problem with eating early, middle and late. The hotel is very close to the Wudalianchi customer service center, and it takes three or five minutes to drive. But the customer service center has no service, it should be the most evil place in the country I have been to. There is no transportation service for tourists to various tourist attractions in the scenic spot. It is all based on talking about the price with the main driver of various transportation (bus, bus or minivan) or the boss, and then taking tourists to various attractions. Poor scenic spot management service! Poor! Poor! Two words: really bad! Three words: really bad! It is strongly recommended that the National Tourism Administration delist the 5A scenic spot in Wudalianchi!

First the conclusion: highly not recommended! ! ! ! ! ! The hotel looks official, and the environment is very good. There is a lake and several courtyards inside. Russian aunts and uncles come here for vacation and recuperation (TCM treatment). The attitude at the front desk is a bit cold when you check in, but the aunt who cleans the room will take the initiative. Say hello, I went out for a walk in the evening and found that there is a place in the hotel dedicated to Russian business. There are Chinese commodities from all over the world, such as tea and so on. If you see the price, the Chinese will never buy there. What I particularly criticized is that the breakfast is divided. There are two buildings. We went to the Foreign Guests Building. We didn’t see a single foreigner. I wonder if the Russians were put in one building to create segregation? Moreover, the breakfast in the foreign guest building is very simple, just steamed buns, pickles, porridge and the like. The foreign guest building is full of Chinese people. Are they using this to entertain the common people and model workers? I don’t know if there are double standards with the Russians. This is completely at the level of a four-star hotel and a two-star country B&B. The hot springs and other things inside are very expensive at 180 per person, but the high-quality and free Wudalianchi spring water is clear and thirst-quenching. It was the first and last time. Stayed here once!
