I came to Wuhan for a business trip. The hotel has a good environment. It is located at the corner of East Lake and not far from World City Optics Valley Pedestrian Street. Check-in was quick, and the customer service girl and brother were very enthusiastic and attentive. The room is spacious, clean and tidy, and the bed is comfortable. Breakfast is served in the Western restaurant on the third floor. The variety is rich and is a plus. I will choose to stay here next time.

While the hotel itself was fine (bit run down and in need of maintenance) and the staff was friendly and helpful, it was frustrating that every single activity for kids (except the soft play area) was extra charge. Also, both outdoor pools were empty and this was not mentioned anywhere before booking. This was disappointing as the kids looked forward to swimming. At least the indoor pool was open. The screen golf area was also changed to a kids arcade area, so no golf. Breakfast buffet was good and the executive lounge access is highly recommended.
