多次入住海友酒店，感覺都挺好的，設施齊全，床鋪被單都乾淨整潔，浴巾和洗臉巾都是一次性的，酒店有自助洗衣，洗衣液和消毒水都提供，自己忘記洗了衣服，趕忙下去看洗好的衣服時，前台小姐姐已經幫我拿去烘乾衣服了，烘乾完的衣服都用袋子裝好放好等可以自己去拿，好貼心啊，服務周到，實在太愛了，房價也不算高，值得推薦👍👍👍

非常棒，房間比想象大，而且沒有異味，設施都很新，很乾凈，毛巾和麪巾都是一次性的，還提供馬桶套。
床很舒服，晚上也很安靜，出門去地鐵啥的都很方便
前台小姐姐和客房阿姨都很客氣，面帶微笑的

還算安靜，地理位置也不錯
但是衞生真的不行呀，入住的時候床單上有頭髮😭地上有腳印水漬和明顯的灰塵屑紙屑頭髮😭床頭桌子上有黑印😭電視櫃用濕巾擦了一下濕巾黑黑黃黃的😰想換房但是滿房了，晚上也沒有值班的保潔人員，好像是叫的保安來換的床單，換的時候被子枕頭就隨便找地方放了還堆在我的箱子上😭第二天特地強調了搞一下衞生，但是桌子也還是沒有擦，還落了一條抹布在洗手盆，是要我自己擦嗎😭
真的很影響出行心情

服務態度：我陪我兒子凌晨掛好鹽水 前提是我兒子吃壞肚子了 掛鹽水 孩子和爸爸都沒有吃飯 我看路邊有賣餛飩 我就先去買餛飩 爸爸帶孩子先上樓了 我買好不就沒有卡了 不能按5樓 我就先去4️⃣樓讓前台幫忙刷一下卡 沒有想到 她直接回復我 沒空 那我説你先給我 我刷好馬上給你 我再上樓 因為電梯關的慢 刷好卡 我在還給她 時間上是夠的 她還是回覆我 沒空 嫌我煩了 讓我從4️⃣樓走道5️⃣樓 我不認識 裏面很繞 我不敢走 所以我打電話給我老公 我等了會 孩子畢竟不舒服 有點鬧脾氣 哎 酒店其他都可以 地理位置也可以 就是這一點把我那麼好的映像毀於一旦了 我也不好 自己匆匆忙忙的卡沒有帶 早知道我先跟孩子老公先上去 我在拿好卡下去買吃的
