酒店位置非常不錯，出門就是漢正街，恆隆廣場，武商廣場，地鐵8號線就在樓下去哪裡都方便，酒店有獨立的停車。

這是史上最差的酒店，沒有之一！設施陳舊，條件極差，要什麼沒什麼，基本洗簌用品沒有，問前台要了，發現沒有一次性拖鞋，再打電話就不接了，洗澡時居然衹有洗髮水沒有沐浴露，房間特別小，洗臉池都是擺在房間裏面的，裝修是上個世紀的，低檔不平的馬賽克地磚，真的很多年沒見過了！一夜無眠，定了兩晚，天亮果然退房！逃似的離開了！非常非常差的一次體驗，吐了！

房間大體還可以，距離武漢協和醫院比較近，也方便停車，周邊小吃和超市也比較近，購買東西和吃飯比較方便。

酒店還不錯，陳設佈局比較舒服，還是蠻有格調的。酒店很乾凈，生意也很好，入住當天很多客房都住滿了。停車很方便，家人出行，或者喜歡呆酒店的都可以。

住店二晚，入住前特選的免費停車才下單的。第二天出去回來沒車位，找服務枱，服務枱主事的給的意見是自己找停車地方，費用自理，要不你就取消訂單，另尋住處，我説你們平台上寫的免費停車，怎麼能這樣？態度很強硬就是沒有，我説我己住一天了，今辦事回來還要住一宿，沒車位我停那？態度還是自己解決？在我一在要求下，最後也給你找了停車位。服務太差。設施一般，衞生還可以，環境周邊裝飾城，飯館一條街，很雜亂。服務前台主事的黑衣服，自稱就是管事的，態度不好，一點沒有為客人服務態度。
